BRETT...I KNOW A PLACE IN THE CARIBBEAN WHERE THERE IS FUN AND SUN ALL DAY!

Brett Favre of football and Green Bay Packers fame after 17 glorious years, three (3) MVPs and one (1) championship in one of the most physically demanding sports league in the world (the NFL) wants to make a comeback. It's his prerogative if he thinks he is hungry enough and feels his body can take another year of punishment but personally I would tell Brett to give the ever so dwindling time I have allocated to news a break.

Come on Brett! In March of this year you had us spellbound. In the brightest of lights you announced your retirement...we cried, we laughed, we reminisced with you and just when we thought we were over your leaving emotionally, you come tugging at very fragile strings.

I love a "second coming" but come on Brett. Don't be like the countless athletes (and celebrities) who just did not know when to call it quits...not knowing that even though the "mind was still sharp as a tack" that the magic was waning and the body had long lost its dexterity and was on life support.

Go away Brett...take a vacation in the Caribbean where there is sea, sand, fun and sun all day long. Let me hook you up if you don't know who to call. Give me, the amazing and loyal Packer fans and the organization a chance to heal and to get on with our lives (without you).

Give Aaron Rogers, our knight in waiting a chance to prove himself. You are making a scene…don't do this to yourself Brett. The Caribbean Brett...it's a lovely, lovely place. Think about it...for your sake and our sake…please!
